Shift light doesn't display.
I was hooked to wrong terminal,removed and switched..Good to go now,,works as it should.thsnk you for correction on my issues..a wee was fast. N ez for correction.thankbyou ...would recommend to anybody

Question about MSD ignition and tuning
Requested information in reference to spark plugs fouling out. I was told to pull plugs and observe how they had been burning.
If black Im to rich and to start from there. Plugs were pulled and yeap they were black . Put new plugs in and found that my timing was also out approximately 6 degrees . Had plugs gapped at .035 and was advised that they should be at .045.
After resetting everything it seems to of fixed my issue. Car just went through cam upgrade and I think that the new cam also seated in allowing for some timing change .

Just bought a new MSD coil, lasted 1 day and had an issue out of the box; the coil was bad. AutoZone said to call MSD service to get it resolved.
It looks like the coil I bought was returned broken and I bought the broken one. This was almost $80.
I feel like someone should have to replace it. I always spend good money on MSD; this is the first time something like this has ever happened.

I made an order last Monday for a harness for my MSD LS 6014 box. I talked to the parts guy and told him I needed the complete harness for the box, just like the one you send with a new box.
So it finally got here after a week from KY to GA, and no harness for the 57X cam or crank. I asked him before I made the order if it was in the harness and was told yes. Now I have to reorder it. What a pain!
It was not so much about the money; it was the time I needed it badly. He even told me it would work fine with a Gen 5 LT carb motor.

While the agent I spoke with tried to offer some kind of remedy for the situation it was oblivious his hands were tied .
My issue is that MSD quality has tanked over the last couple years and Ive had an ongoing issue with this distributor and. Nothing is ever down to correct it
So I finally had to repair it myself

Have not been able to use your product because of faulty electric fuel pump. I bought the system in 2021 and just started putting the system in this year with a mechanic friend of mine.
So system failed when first test drove. Fuel pump failure do to internal ground.
I had this system setting in the box for over a year before trying to install it. Once we had it all set up, I went for a drive, but the vehicle shut down.
I noticed the fuel pump was running without stopping, so I cut the power using my master power switch. I waited a few minutes, turned the switch back on, and the fuel pump allowed the car to start; however, it shut down again, and I had to tow it home. After troubleshooting, I found out the fuel pump was grounded. I'm just upset because of the price of the system, and now I have to purchase a fuel pump that's also $150 after installing this new system.

I bought an MSD starter motor that came with the mounting holes inline. The starter I took off the engine is staggered.
Before I install I wanted to insure it would work before dinging it up in case it had to be returned. When I got the tech guy I explained the engine I was dealing with, 68 327, and my concern with the staggered bolt pattern. He said he never heard of staggered. I tried to explain the issue again and he interrupted and repeated he never heard of that and hung up!
Wow, I couldnt believe it.
Still dont have a definitive answer; Ive done a ton of research before the call and since and get conflicting views. Im sending the damn thing back and going to buy the Delco piece.

I deposited twice, once for 52, another for 26. I did not receive my credits when I deposited the money.
I need my money put on my account or sent back to me, please. I can show you where it was pulled off of my card and where it's not even pending or anything.
It was completed. You have my money and you have not added my credits.
Resolved: Us postal service potential fraud. Making sure my distributer made it to proper address.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. There was no problems with anything.
Somehow it says I was pissed about something. Not true!
Sent my defective distributer for repair. Making sure I sent it to right address due to fraudulent email I received, made me worry it was sent to wrong address.
